Fire Safety Stick

Made in the EU

The Fire Safety Stick is manufactured in Italy and each one comes complete with a free mounting clip. Due to its many successes, it is established around the world under different brand names. Despite being relatively new, it is carried by many leading companies and organisations including many region fire brigades and police forces across the UK.

IS IT CERTIFIED FOR USE IN THE UK & THE EU?

The team behind the Fire Safety Stick in the UK have over 25 years of experience within the commercial fire safety sector. The company’s founder, Sergio De Michele was previously the owner of one of the UK’s leading fire safety and engineering companies, specialising not only in all aspects of fire protection (including installation and servicing traditional extinguishers) but also smoke ventilation and other life safety systems. During this time, the team have worked closely with all the leading fire safety associations and bodies, ensuring that our guidelines for the use of the Fire Safety Stick in these sectors meet the regulatory requirements.

It is fully certified for more types of fire classes too, so there is no dangerous gambling checking to see if it is suitable to use on a particular fire (Including cooking oil and kitchen fat fires). The Fire Safety Stick will never make a fire worse. If the fire was too large in a confined space, you can simply activate it, leave it in the room while you escape to safety. It will continue to discharge its vapours, repressing the fire in your absence. It is this unique feature that means it can extinguish chimney fires, unlike other extinguishers on the market.

Most regulations around fire extinguishers cover the essential safety around pressurised canisters and ensuring they are kept at the right pressure and stored safely to prevent accidental discharge through dropping or falling and the subsequent safety of those around them.   As the Fire Safety Stick is not a pressurised container or compressed gas, the same regulations simply aren’t viable in applying them to the Fire Safety Stick.

However, the Fire Safety Stick been fully certificated around the world in various countries, and of course here in the UK, we have the UKCA & CE mark, and even has a BSI verification certificate, which was issued in Australia, and let’s not forget it winning the 2017 innovation award at the world renowned MILIPOL in Paris, with governments making it mandatory in some countries, meaning car manufactures like Toyota, Honda, BMW and so on, have the Fire Safety Stick fitted as a standard product and are extending this to all cars/vehicles as part of the safety scheme in their respective countries, by the 1st October 2023.
