We have recently teamed up with VW Kearns to provide the best Viscous coupling recondition service available whilst other Viscous coupling refurbishers still do good work the selling point for us was that the guys at VW Kearns have their own test rig (which they built as part of their PHD!) Also due to the extensive research and development they have undertaken they have brought the science of the Viscous coupling to a new level even using inert gas in the filling to extend the life of the fluid. They are in my opinion simply the best in the VC business. Like Vantopia™ VW Kerns tune their Viscous couplings to you specific vehicle data, the same way we gear your gearbox. So for them to to properly tune your VC you will also need to supply your  specific vehicle data (engine / tires / area of application) to give them individual advice about the ideal VC setup.
