VW T3 T25 Vanagon TDI Dual Mass Flywheel Kit OEM Quality Part 038 105 264. A complete Dual Mass Flywheel and Clutch kit suitable for higher output VW engine conversions on T3 models, including TDI and can also be used on AAZ conversions.  This kit includes the correct Clutch release bearing. We recommend Dual Mass flywheels for all TDI conversions as this eliminates the torque shocks created by these engines.  there are a few points to take not of though.

This is a clutch/flywheel kit for another vehicle. As such the manufacturer won’t honour any warranty claims as it has been fitted to a vehicle its not specified for. Wblems e have fitted these to our own vans and supplied them to our customers with no problems we will only supply either Sachs or LUK ones as these are the only ones we trust.
The original bell housing needs to clearanced to accommodate the the larger and bulkier clutch/flywheel. This is quite straightforward and nothing too extreme. The simplest way to do this is to bolt the flywheel up to the engine, bolt the bell housing to the engine loosely and turn the engine over by hand. You”ll then see marks on the bell housing where it needs to be clearanced afterwards slowly tighten up the bell housing bolts after cranking a few times to ensure the bell housing is clearanced enough.
There are no timing make present on this flywheel clutch so you will have to make your own use the original TD flywheel and clutch to set the engine to TDC. Fit and mark this  flywheel accurately so you can set it to TDC to set the timing.
Clutch release bearing we supply you with a new correct one if there is one supplied in the box  throw it a way as you cant use it.
Clutch fork  it is recommended that you upgrade your clutch fork to a HD one as the original VW forks are only spot welded in 2 places and cna sometimes break with the extra force required to push the heavier clutch plates on bigger clutches.

All this is standard stuff for any kind of modification, but we have to say that if you’re not comfortable with any of it… don’t buy it.
