Description

VW T3/T25 094 5 speed Petrol gearbox with new gears. Can be customised to your needs including gearing to AAP code shorter or longer  A Fully Reconditioned preloved Petrol  five speed gearbox with new, third, fourth and fifth gears and new Synchronisers. This is a  gearbox with  new internals where necessary . This includes upgrades to strengthen and add extra lubrication to critical components and addresses know problems with the 094 gearboxes.

New Factory Bearings
New FAG Pinion Bearing
New INA Small Pinion Bearing
New SKF Low Gear Bearings
New FAG M/S Bearing
Used INA Small M/S Bearing (New are NLA)
New Timken Diff Bearings
New VW Rolax Bearings for Shiftforks (6)
Used Late 2/3 VW Synchroniser unit crack tested
4 new VW OEM Syncro rings
Used VW 1/R Synchroniser and syncro hub
New Gaskets and Seals (better quality)
Steel Main Shaft Bearing Stop plate
Machined end case main case
Resleeving on main case for relay lever 2nd / 3rd gear
Oiling plates for additional lubrication and cooling on crown and pinion and 5th gear
New HD Weddle Clutch Bushing
New INA clutch guide sleeve (as used by VW)

Other new parts include
New 3rd gear
New 4th gear
New 5th gear 0.74, 0.78, 0.82 or 0.85  (depending on your tyre size)
