VW T3 T25 front door Upper Seal without Chrome strip 281 837 709. Fits both sides Right and Left sides
Please note:

After adjustment, the window guide must be shortened to the required length. The shaft seal must be installed for this.
Use the existing guide as a template if possible.
The metal core of the guide is not designed for multiple bending or for radii that are too tight. It will then be difficult to straighten the guide again if you make a mistake!
