VW T3/T25 Petrol Gear Linkage Repair Kit ’83-92 T3 Uprated with Nitrile Boots and Teflon Bushes. For all Petrol 4 speed,  5 speed and syncro  vans from 1983 to 1992 .  The best thing you can do to your van. Not like other kits this consists of only genuine VW parts where possible and new no maintenance Teflon/Delrin bushes combined with new Nitrile boots. These parts fit and work perfectly and are zero maintenance and long lasting. These kits are dearer than other kits but you get what you pay for. For all Petrol vans excluding aircooled

*Installation tip: Our Teflon bushings (and Viton boots) are designed to operate completely dry. No lube of any kind is used on the bushing or the shafts—nothing for dirt and grime to stick to. Zero regular maintenance is required. To install, just clean off all the old built-up lubricants and road grime, slip these bushings into place, and forget about sticky shifting. These are truly the last set of shifter bushings you will have to install in your VW T3!

Installers Note: This hard bushing system is vastly superior in terms of shifting, durability and maintenance. However, they do not dampen engine vibration (noise) between the shift shafts and body as well. This is not a problem with a flat-four engine (VW Waterboxer or Subaru) because they are so smooth. Not recommended for inline engine conversions, especially diesel.
