Just hot off the presses, VW standard 2nd Gears for 4 Speed and Syncro boxes VW part no 091 311 261 A as you all know have been obsolete for the past years have now been remade. Our German supplier has stepped up and made these available yet again and at an affordable price. The 2.06 ratio fits to all standard VW 4 speed and VW T3 Syncro boxes has a tooth count of 33 to match the 16 teeth on Standard Mainshafts both 4 speed and Syncro standard Mainshafts have this tooth count.
Also with the short supply of VW 5 speed standard 2nd gears and increasing cost he has also had these remade. They are part no VW 094 311 261 and have a 2.33 ratio and 35 teeth which mate to the 15 teeth on all standard 5 speed mainshafts.
